Wicklow Garden Festival

Wicklow is breathtakingly beautiful with its wonderful coastline, mountains and lakes but is most especially blessed with a treasury of magnificent gardens. Ornamental, Cottage, Robinsonian, Victorian and Formal gardens and much more abound throughout "Garden of Ireland". Our moist climate tempered by the Gulf Stream, offers ideal conditions allowing a wie range of plants to flourish and blossom. These include wonderful, ancient trees to shrubs, perennials, herbaceous plants, ferns and even the smallest alpines. A plant person's paradise to awaken the senses is here for you to discover and enjoy. Many historical houses and gardens are open throughout the season while smaller private gardens open at varying times throughout the festival.

Bray Summer Fest

Wicklow Regatta Festival

This festival is now 129 years old and hosts a wide range of marine and fun activities. Fireworks display, live music each night and much more!

Greystones Arts Festival
3rd - 6th August

The Greystones Arts Festival from 3rd to 6th August, is Wicklow's biggest celebration of the arts. Specialising in Street Theatre, the atmosphere in this beautiful town is electric all weekend. Comedy, drama, workshops and music to visual arts and dance. Something for everyone. Spectacular opening Mardi Gras parade and closing Fireworks Display.

County Agricultural Show
