Abhainn Ri Family Fun

Children love to help feed our small farm animals each evening after tea when everyone returns to the cottages after a busy day. All the family get involved and we have great fun, so be sure to bring along your boots. We feed all the hens, ducks, pigs, goats and our friendly sheep dog Buzz. We meet at the play barn in the evening and everyone loves it. Its a real life farm adventure.

You can enjoy many day trips too.

Glendalough Equestrian and Adventure Centre

Glendalough Equestrian and Adventure Centre is located in the amazing setting of Glendalough. This historic property is surrounded by acres of mature woodland and the river Avonmore runs through the property. Access is also available to Scar Mountain, which adjoins the Estate.

Glendalough Equestrian and Adventure Centre is AIRE (Association of Irish Riding Establishments) approved and fully insured. We offer trekking, lessons and livery - all under the supervision of our professional and qualified staff. Adults and children are welcome. Advance booking is essential.
